We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Email betsy@gobutterflies.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
